This Bristol 24' sloop is in great sail away condition, and is an excellent boat for anyone looking to sail a very stable, comfortable pocket cruiser.
Bristols are well known for their classic looks and wonderful sailing attributes. The Bristol 24' provides comfortable accommodations particularly for a boat of her size.
She has 1999/2000 North sails. The sails were purchased along with a new sail cover, dodger, as well as a cockpit cover. She has a roller furling Genoa, while the main has Lazy Jacks. All sails and canvas are in excellent shape. There is also an extra hank on Genoa, as well as an extra main.
All of her standing and running rigging are in great shape. Please note all updated high quality hardware, blocks, cleats, etc., including Lewmar self tailing winches, and Harken shackles.
“Aeolus” is rigged to sail single or short handed. Her large dodger keeps her crew warm and dry, while her simple layout and wheel helm make her easy to sail. Her exterior wood trim has been beautifully maintained.
Her interior is classic Bristol, with just the right balance of amount of white space and wood trim. Her cabin sole is grey Awlgrip.
There is generous storage space in the galley and under bunks. Her cushions are all clean matching green vinyl with white trim.
Her head empties into a 5 gallon holding tank forward of the fresh water tank in the V-berth.
